Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Fits Right account at any time.
Delete Your Account In The App
- Open the Fits Right app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Delete My Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Once confirmed, access to the account is removed and the account enters a 30-day deletion window. If you sign back in within 30 days and request restoration, your existing account and profile data can be restored. After 30 days, the account and associated data are permanently deleted, except for limited records we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, billing, or security obligations.
If You Cannot Access The App
Email customerservice@fitsright.co.uk from the email address linked to your account with the subject Account deletion request. If you no longer have access to that email account, include enough information for us to verify ownership before we process the request.
What Happens Next
- Your deletion request disables normal access to the account immediately.
- Your data is retained for up to 30 days so the account can be restored if you return during that period.
- After the 30-day window, associated personal data is permanently removed or anonymised, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security and billing reasons.
