1. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Fits Right App or Services:
- For any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, including impersonation, submitting false or misleading information, or violating applicable local, national, or international laws
- To attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, damage, or interfere with the security, integrity, or functionality of the App, servers, or associated systems
- To upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- To access or attempt to access non-public areas of the App or associated systems without authorisation
- To harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or discriminate against other users, staff, or third parties
- To collect, store, or share personal data of others without proper consent or a lawful basis
- To circumvent, manipulate, or interfere with affiliate tracking mechanisms, including attempting to falsely trigger commissions or disrupt purchase reporting
2. Intellectual Property and Brand Use
You may not use Fits Right’s name, branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without authorisation.
3. Third-Party Websites
The Fits Right App may provide access to third-party retailer websites or services. Your use of those websites is subject to their own terms and policies.
Fits Right Ltd is not responsible for the content, conduct, availability, or tracking practices of third-party platforms.
4. Enforcement and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate this Policy, our Terms & Conditions, or applicable laws.
In cases of serious or repeated violations, we may take further action, including legal action or reporting the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.
