Download Fits Right and sign in before you arrive. Wear form-fitting clothing and tie back long hair so your neck and body outline are visible.
Our team will guide you through preparation and the scan.
Time to allow
The capture takes around 30 seconds. Allow additional time for check-in, preparation and viewing your results.
Your arrival slot is when to join us; it is not a guaranteed finish time. For a tight schedule, check with the team before booking.
Costs and payment
Reserving an event slot or requesting an HQ time takes no payment on this page. Scan-result access is handled in the app, with your offer shown before you pay.
Standard scan-only unlock: £6.99 on the day you scan, or £9.99 later. Same-day eligibility uses the UK calendar date.
Pro includes ongoing scan unlocks. Event arrangements and existing credits may affect your offer.
For eligible same-day scans, the optional Scan + Pro offer is £9.99: unlock that scan and get 30 days of Pro, then £6.99/month from day 31 unless cancelled. The app confirms eligibility and terms before payment.
